OFFICE IS CLOSED!! Received an email that the doctor passed away and that the office has officially closed, yet the website has not been updated…

I have unused portions of packages (totaling $526) and the office is not returning any correspondence – voicemails or written. I heard from my technician that the doctor passed away suddenly. I’ve scoured the internet and they never published an obituary for him. I understand that this can be a challenging time, but failure to communicate with clients and failure to publish an obituary indicates to me that there is no intention to honor the monies paid by clients. Better get Baquero and file in small claims court!
